This happens not only in P圜harm, but in other X11 apps like Eclipse as well - and in apps on different remote machines. Now I upgraded to the current MobaXterm V12 and the fonts for menus and explorer panes are way too big: Here an sample portion of the P圜harm window under MobaXterm V3:
In the past I used MobaXterm V3 and it displayed X11 apps like P圜harm, Eclipse or VS code with appropriate font sizes. I use the free tier of MobaXterm on Windows to connect to our Centos/RHEL machines and to display X11 apps on the Windows desktop.
